We are super excited to be starting up our Fresh Finds newsletter, where every Monday morning, we’ll share four quick and actionable ideas to jumpstart your week of brain/body growth. We love to learn about the best ways to optimize holistic wellness, and in the process, we come across great nuggets of value that we want to share with you. In this newsletter you will get:

Here are your Fresh Finds for this week: 

  • Goblet Reverse Lunge. While it’s nice to have a kettlebell or dumbbell for this one, you can do it with any other weight (or no weight) in a goblet position. We’ve found that focusing on putting weight on our big toe activates our glutes even more. Watch this video for a great demonstration of the movement. 
  • Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Optional Fresh Ginger + Rice). We wanted to get some P.F. Chang’s-style lettuce wraps with a little twist. Throwing in rice can change up the macronutrient profile, and adding ginger can get you some antiinflammatory properties and immune support. We’re basing our recipe off of this one.
